Will the photo really look good on the jewelry?
Yes. Each photo is manually retouched to ensure a sharp, legible and true-to-life image.
If the photo does not allow for an optimal result, we will contact you before manufacturing .
What if my photo isn't perfect (quality, lighting, framing)?
No worries. Photos taken with a smartphone are perfectly adequate . We optimize brightness and contrast as needed for a harmonious result.
How long does it take to receive the bracelet?
As each piece of jewelry is hand-personalized, a manufacturing time of 3 to 5 days is required.
Delivery then takes approximately 5 to 8 days , depending on the carrier.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email, so you can track the delivery of your order.
Can I return the jewelry if it doesn't suit me?
As this is a personalized product, standard returns are not possible.
However, if a problem is identified , our customer service is there to find a fair and humane solution.
What happens if the jewelry arrives damaged?
